Both sales packs and log books both feature in the government’s consultation on the future of home buying and selling. They are of course linked closely to the provision of Material Information and Upfront Information. So they are fundamental to the transformation of home buying and selling to achieve a more efficient housing market in the interests of homeowners, all of the professionals involved in the market, and the economy.
