BLGTraining (BLGT) is an easy to use, cost-effective way to enable Bold Legal Group members (Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, Legal Executives and Paralegals etc.) to help comply with their ongoing (CPD) training needs and requirements.
Being able to demonstrate that you have taken and passed the quarterly BLGT tests will help you satisfy your regulator (whether it is the SRA, the CLC or CILEX) that you and your firm takes a responsible attitude to continuing competence. More importantly it will provide supporting evidence of your CPD record.
BLGT will reassure lenders, brokers, PI Insurance companies, practice managers and COLPS etc, that you not only receive the BLG bulletins but that you have read, understood, and retained the information and issues contained in them.
Twelve multiple answer questions are set every three months, based on some of the content of the BLG bulletins sent to you during the previous three months. When you answer ten or more of the questions correctly, the BLGT system will allow you to download and keep, or print out and keep, your personalised ‘pass’ certificate. The relevant bulletins will have been uploaded into the system (should you need help answering any of the questions) and the test can be taken as many times as is required. Hundreds of BLG members are registered to take the tests. The average time to take and pass each test, is less than 30 minutes.
