Total chaos! Conveyancers and lenders struggle against midnight Stamp Duty deadline (PIE)

Well, the Chancellor has played a blinder this time. At least one major lender is struggling to cope with the Stamp Duty Land Tax deadline of midnight tonight. It is going to prove a very long day – again.
