BLG Conference 2024

BLG Conference 2024

Join us for the third Bold Legal Group Conveyancing Conference & Soirée, Wednesday 19th June 2024.

The Conveyancing Conference will once again be held in the beautiful setting of Regent’s University, London, where we’ll deliver a full day of keynote talks, panel discussions, breakout sessions and a supplier’s exhibition. A day not to be missed!

The role of the Conveyancer, and the working environment in which they operate, is rapidly evolving. The skills required for modern conveyancing are massively different to that of ten years ago. Subsequently, there has never been a better time for Conveyancers to get together to learn how things are likely to change, to keep up to date with the latest legislation and to understand which technologies can help perform their 21st century role well, whilst maximising efficiency and profit.

With the agenda set to include:

✅ Attracting, Retaining and Motivating the Best Conveyancers

✅ Discussions on Material Information and the new TA forms

✅ The Leasehold and Freehold Reform Act 2024 and the draft Code fo Signing & Exchanging Property Contracts 2024

✅ Ensuring the wellbeing of your Conveyancers

✅ Pricing

✅ Running a law firm in the 21st Century

In addition to our morning refreshments, expect a fantastic BBQ lunch, with something for everyone! Then, from 5pm, look forward to the post conference Soirée with drinks, canapés, and live music.

✅ Network with fellow delegates and peers throughout the day

✅ CPD – familiarise yourself with the latest issues and skills required for today’s conveyancer and hear from leading industry names

✅ Stay informed and up to date with the latest legislation affecting conveyancers today, tomorrow, and beyond!

✅ Source the latest and best technology service or solution to help drive efficiencies within your business

The past few years for Conveyancers have been extraordinarily challenging, with unprecedented market demand. Conveyancers need to be better understood and appreciated. We will be tackling, and discussing head-on, the issues that matter most. We hope to see you there!
