Delays in getting to exchange (IC)

The upturn in the south east property market has meant many more cases for practitioners to handle. That is great for business and consumers. However, we have also seen proportionately more transaction delay. This causes frustration and anxiety in the time leading up to ‘exchange of contracts’ (when the deal becomes binding). I have been trying to get a better understanding of the market trend.
