It is time to prepare for major changes under the Leasehold Reform (Ground Rent) Act 2022

The Association of Leasehold Enfranchisement Practitioners (ALEP) has welcomed confirmation that the Leasehold Reform (Ground Rent) Act 2022 will come into force on 30th June 2022, but has warned that it gives little time to prepare for the changes.
