Last Tuesday the SRA announced that it had considered the results of the consultation on changes to the Minimum Terms and Conditions (MTC) under which solicitor’s PII is written. What would the SRA say; what were the findings of the consultation and what did solicitors contribute to the somewhat rushed process?
